Aston Ketapang City Hotel

The staff at reception were not very friendly. Kind of got ordered to sit down while I was receiving my booking from my phone near reception when i first entered the hotel. Like he was annoyed i was standing near him. If you talk to reception, they seem annoyed and irritated. The other staff around the hotel were lovely and very polite though. As for the hotel, it's kind of just what you expect. Definitely not the nicest Aston. I didn't really like the vibe of the place from reception so I changed hotels to a lovely little place down the road.
